When you request service through our forms, we'll text you updates about your appointment — things like confirmations, technician arrival, and service follow-ups. You'll typically get 1–5 texts per service request. Reply STOP anytime to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. We don't share your number with anyone, and standard message and data rates may apply.

1. Program Name

Pocket Technician Service Notifications.

2. Program Purpose

Automated SMS messages to users who have requested HVAC or home service through our service request or contact form. Messages include appointment confirmations, technician dispatch updates, service follow-ups, estimate notifications, and scheduling changes.

3. How to Opt In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our service request form at /request-service or our contact form at /contact and submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Varies based on your service activity. Typically 1–5 messages per service request.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent.

7. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message or email support@pocket-technician.com.

8. No Sharing

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Supported Carriers

All major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Pocket Technician is not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other conditions outside our control.
